At uzid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronic purchases. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your uzid account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
